Performance Handicap Racing Fleet (PHRF) is a handicapping system used for yacht racing in North America.

It allows dissimilar classes of sailboats to be raced against each other.

 By joining or renewing your personal US Sailing membership through the MVP program, you can give back to your favorite sailing organization! Being an MVP partner enables your organization to receive credits when you join or renew your annual US Sailing membership through the MVP Program. You’ll have access to discounted membership rates, and your organization will build credits to help sailing in your community. Credits can be used to pay for nearly everything at US Sailing.
